You have no one to blame but yourself.
It’s a well-known fact: you WILL buy more at the grocery store if you’re already ravenous when you race through those sliding doors!
We tend to listen to our more primal urges more than our sense of reason (EPECIALLY men!), and hunger is a pretty powerful urge, so you want to avoid puitting yourself in a vulnerable position whenever possible. Anything will look good and find it’s way into your cart.
My advice? Make sure to scarf down anything you can before hitting those tempting aisles.
